From College Dropout to Multi-Million Dollar Real Estate Investor by 25

I dropped out of college not because I lacked ambition—but because I knew I was built for more. I didn’t want to waste time sitting in classrooms learning theory while life passed me by. So I took a leap and got a commission-only sales job selling cars. That’s where everything changed.

Selling cars taught me how to communicate, how to lead, and how to push myself. I became one of the top performers on my team—not because I was the most talented, but because I refused to be outworked. I stacked commissions, studied personal development, and lived below my means.

After one year, I had saved enough to buy my first property: a four-unit multifamily. I remodeled it myself, learning the ins and outs of real estate the hard way. That first project gave me vision. I sold the fourplex, bought two more properties—one to flip, one to hold—and kept going.

For four years, I worked at the dealership during the day and studied real estate at night. Every commission check became fuel for the next deal. I flipped houses. I held rentals. I built skills. And by 25, I had bought seven properties worth over $3 million.

Now, I work remotely selling off-market fixer-uppers to other investors, and I run a brand dedicated to helping men rise—mentally, physically, and financially. I teach them what school never did: how to lead, how to build wealth, how to dominate life with purpose and discipline.

I’m not special. I’m just proof that if you bet on yourself and never quit, you can change your entire life.
