From washing dishes at 12 in his grandfather’s restaurant to leading over 1,000 residential construction projects, Carlos built his work ethic early—and built it to last.
After earning a full-ride soccer scholarship to Chico State, Carlos shifted from business to construction management. Summers were spent pouring concrete, and internships were packed with hands-on learning. His post-grad hustle brought him to San Diego, where he joined a fast-paced real estate investment firm and quickly rose through the ranks—eventually leading a team of 13 and managing hundreds of home flips.
But Carlos didn’t want to climb someone else’s ladder—he wanted to build his own. That’s how Stallion Homes was born.
What started as a remodeling venture became a full-service construction company offering ADUs, luxury renovations, and custom homes across California. Stallion Homes is known for combining blue-collar integrity with high-end execution—and that’s by design.
Still, the demands of leadership mounted. Carlos knew he needed more clarity, structure, and community. Enter Lions Den.
“Before Lions Den, I was in the field too much—running the day-to-day. Lions Den helped me step back, get clear, and build systems that scale. Now I lead like a CEO, not just a contractor.”
Through weekly accountability and peer-led business strategy, Carlos transformed the way he led. Today, Stallion Homes is scaling smarter—with structure, vision, and fire.
Discipline built my foundation. Lions Den helped me scale it.
